I have found an issue with Search bar on Item List Lookup page.
When opened from No. field on Sales Line Subform on any sales document, the page just freezes, and I have to refresh whole tab to get back to BC.
At this point, I have found this issue on 2 tenants and locally. This doesn't affect all tenants and regions. This bug was introduced in BC 27.3 and is still an issue in 27.4. This wasn't a problem in BC27.0-27.2.
However, there is a workaround for this. When field 'Unit Cost' is hidden using personalization, the page works just fine.
Is there a way to fix this permanently, or is it something Microsoft has to fix?
Seems to be a standard one if not any custom code is impacting this.
You said 2 tenants, is it working on the other tenants for the same version?
If yes than it won't be a standard issue.
