Is Dynamics 365 right for my non-profit?

I am hoping to figure out if Dynamics 365 combined with some PowerApps will be a good fit for my non-profit. I will give an overview of our companies processes and needs and see if D365 can fulfill those.

Receiving Donations with a tag or designation attached to each donation
- Organizing these donations into the groupings they came in
Creating giving reports for donors which simply tracks the total amount they give in a year, then emailing them annual statements
Providing ability for donors to login and see their current giving history
Simple ways to upload our "offline" donation methods. (Paper checks + alternative giving methods)
Email capability

The above is simple and only refers to the donor side of things. Below is where most software solutions aren't able to provide an answer for us.

The majority of donations we receive are then disbursed to our clients. This is how our clients are paid.

So, the software solution must be able to:

Keep all donations given to a specific designation together
Create a sign in page for our clients to then view their current balance available
Email clients directly
Allow clients to create their own front-facing webpage to display to their donors for their own fundraising needs
- This page usually has a description about the clients work, maybe a photo or two, and links with different payment options
Export current balance reports to be uploaded to QuickBooks to pay our clients
