Hi

We've had an update onto 26.5

The below error is displayed

An error occurred while trying to display the report - when opening attachments on sales orders and posted sales invoices (preview option)

Anyone else receiving this error

An error occurred while trying to display the report

Hi

Try downloading the attachment instead of using Preview – it should open fine.

Clear your browser cache or test in a different browser (Edge/Chrome).

If it still persists, this is likely a known issue introduced in 26.5, and Microsoft is expected to provide a hotfix. Best option is to log a support ticket with Microsoft or check the release notes for any cumulative updates.
