change the price for this item 40046422, I try to do the Revaluation Journal, but did not allow me to change the price.  Please see below two error since we have this piece on MH and on Memo.  I check the item journal attached, we do have remaining 0.21 on Memo and 172.08 on MH.  So I don't know why not allow me to update the price.
