Aged Accounts Payables

Hi,

I want to know how to report on Aged accounts receivables or payables retrospectively. If standing in April I want to know what were Aged payables on 31/03, any suggestions on which reports can be used.

Hi,

You should just be able to use the standard Aged Accounts Payable and Receivables report in BC as they look at the application of entries as well. For example here is an invoice in March and a payment in April for a vendor (23,852.72 invoice and payment)

Here is my Aged Accounts Payable Report as of March 31, 2026 - that 23,852.72 is part of the Current aging balance:

Here is my Aged Accounts Payable Report as of April 20, 2026 - that amount above is no longer part of the aging balance:

In the Standard Aged Account Payable Report You can use below filters and system will show the result as per filter.

Based on above filters system will show the result as below.
