Is there a way to automatically calculate depreciation whereas the accum depr goes to one dimension value and the depr expense goes to another?
I've assigned different dimension values to both the asset and the accum depr G/L account. When I post, no matter what I have assigned for the value posting, the dimension value assigned to the asset gets used on both sides of the entry. I can't see a way to get 2 different dimension values on one depreciation entry.

As far as I know, this requires customization or manual splitting, and there is no way to do it in the standard way.
