Dynamics 365 Outlook add in not available for a user

Hello,
Only 1 user has this issue...the Dynamics 365 Outlook add in appears in light grey in Outlook from the inbox. However when she fully opens the email it show.
What could be the problem for the button to appear not available directly from the inbox.

    Dynamics 365 Outlook add in not available for a user
    The mailbox for that user might not be enabled for the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. Enable the mailbox in Dynamics 365 (Settings → Email Configuration → Mailboxes), approve and test the mailbox, then restart Outlook.
