Sales Order Shipment Date Autofill

Hello, 
 
If I want orders to go out the wednesday prior to the receive by date how do I update the account? Right now I have the account listed on W3 (Weekday 3) but this is looking at the order date. 
I would like orders to automatically mark ship date as a Wednesday before the receive by date.

    Could you provide some screenshots? I can't accurately identify which function is being used based on the Account and Date words.
    Also, calculations like due date are generally based on the document date. If you need to modify the standard behavior, this requires customization.
