11Hello everyone,
I am trying to test Data Management Framework (DMF) imports in a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development environment, but I am encountering an issue.
When I create an import project and try to upload a CSV file for any entity (for example: Customer definitions, Customer groups, or Units of measure), the system throws the error:
“Query validation failed (FF004)”
Additionally, the Action center shows the message:
“Error occurred while loading mapper control.”
Some observations:
- The issue occurs for multiple entities, not just customers.
- The CSV files contain valid headers and structure.
- Even simple entities like Units of measure fail.
- The Selected entities grid sometimes does not load properly.
- The mapping screen does not render correctly before running Generate source mapping.
Steps already tried:
- Created new import projects
- Tested multiple entities
- Used simplified CSV files with minimal fields
- Refreshed the browser session
I have also attached the CustomerDefinitions CSV file that I am using for testing, in case there is anything unusual in the file structure.
Has anyone encountered FF004 during DMF import mapping along with “Error occurred while loading mapper control”?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
