Hi All, 

I’ve created a custom layout for the email body used when sending reminder letters. In the layout, the font is consistent across all lines. However, when the actual email is sent to the customer, the first two lines appear in a different font, while the rest of the email uses another font.

Could anyone explain why this font inconsistency occurs or advise how I can ensure the output uses a uniform font?
