I am having issues adding the Outlook app to users today. This is not normally a problem i encounter when switching users from one CRM environment into another and connecting their Outlook app. I enable the mailbox in the appropriate CRM and then use the Microsoft Dynamics 365n App for Outlook to add the user to the app. It usually syncs within minutes. Today I keep getting the "Issue when adding to Outlook" status and when I click on the Learn More link it does not provide any information as to the issue. It has been a problem since last Friday I believe (colleague tried to switch a user late in the day Friday and it didn't sync over the weekend). I tried again today with multiple users and different CRM environments and the same status reason displays for everyone.
