In the launch file (launch.json) for Application Language, is it a requirement to have the StartupObjectID and StartupObjectType?

    Without StartupObjectID and StartupObjectType you can publish.

    It's open as Role Center Page.

    Namaste ,
     
    Launch.json purpose is to publish the extension in the desired server .
    Specifying the startup object type and ID in the launch.json file is not mandatory. It simply serves as information to indicate that the extension has been published, which can be useful when working with multiple windows

    No, you can publish without them, it will then simply open the role center.
