My company is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and we purchased the Parter Launch Benefits that comes with a host of benefits including Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium and Dybamics 365 Sales Enterprise.

After redeeming the benefits and assigning a license to a user, the user does not see Dynamics 365 under the Apps section in

https://m365.cloud.microsoft.com/apps

Please help.

Hi Philip,

The Dynamics 365 apps are not having a single URL and for that reason not available as app tile. Instead, after creating environments, you can share the environment URL to the users for them to login.
