Cannot create a record in Maintenance downtimes
(EntAssetObjectProductionStop). Asset:
Admin Block, FZSA-WO-000003099. The
record already exists.

    Generally, this issue occurs due to a duplicate record conflict in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations while converting a Work Request to a Work Order.
    Fix by:
    • Identifying and removing/adjusting duplicate downtime record
    • Then retry conversion
