Why are the Synchronize buttons Disabled for my Coupled Items?

Hi, I ran a Full Synch for my items. I have two coupled items, synched from D365 Sales to BC. However, when I try to check the Synchronize buttons, they are all DISABLED. While, for the other items that I created from BC, the Synchronize buttons are ENABLED.

Also, I observed, When I navigated to the Product records in D365 Sales, then clicked the Open to Business Central, it shows the BC records as expected.

Created from BC,
I have the same question (0)

Why are the Synchronize buttons Disabled for my Coupled Items?
    Hello,

Your Synchronize actions are disabled because those two items were created in Dataverse and pushed into BC.
When an item’s master system is Dataverse, BC marks it as Dataverse-controlled, and the sync buttons in BC are turned off on purpose — BC doesn’t allow you to manually push updates back unless:
BC is the “owner” of the record, or
That table mapping is configured as bidirectional
Your other items created in BC work fine because BC is the master, so you can sync freely.

How to fix / enable sync (any one of these):
Switch the mapping direction for Items to Bidirectional
    (Integration Table Mappings → ITEM-PRODUCT → Direction = Bidirectional)
Disable “Synch. Only Coupled Records” if it’s blocking updates
(common case when items originated from Dataverse)
Break the coupling, then couple again from BC, this makes BC the master and unlocks the sync buttons.
Edit the item in BC, then let background sync push changes
(the buttons still stay disabled, but the sync job will run)

    Regards,
