Managing stock in Business Central which is sold upfront and continued to be held on consignment

Interested in views on the best process to manage custom items in Business Central which are sold in bulk and invoiced in full, however continue to be held as client owned stock. For example, we sell 10,000 drink bottles and invoices the client in full. However, we hold the stock on behalf of our client and send out 1,000 units for the next 10 months.
