With reference to the above I have read the recommendations online and I have advised the users here to do the 'ship' and then 'invoice' and there hasn't been any instances of the split orders, but they have also insisted no quantities were changed.
My question is if there is anyone who would have seen this where there was no change in quantity yet at the point of posting the order was split.
