We have set up connector to import/create customers in BC with the order import from Shopify. It's a clean D2C setup.
The customer and contact are created fine in BC if it's a new customer. However the customer has an email address, the contact has blank email address?? Same person?!
This gives a conflict later on if the same customer makes a new purchase. The order import says something about a missing email on the contact which is correct, because it's blank for some reason.
But how can we avoid this error message??
Obviously since customer and contact is the same person the emailaddress should be the same. But most importantly we just want to get rid of the error.
