Season Guid Error

Hi!

I am getting an error in my flow :
'The flow tried to create a new opportunity, but it couldn't find the "seasons" record it needed. This means the flow was looking for a specific season in your data, but it wasn't there or the reference was incorrect.'

However my guid is set up like this :seasons(guid) and the guid matches what is in the dataverse. What else am I doing wrong?
I have the same question (0)

Can you post a bit more info or a screenshot of your flow or error for us to review and assist? The error language you are posting doesn't read like the usual Power Automate flow errors, unless that's the Copilot interpretation.

Without knowing more information, I can say that I'm not familiar with any table in any of the CRM modules called "Season", which leads me to believe that this is a custom table. If that's the case, I would recommend checking your table set name to make sure it is correct as it should likely have some prefix before the word season (I'm using new in the example, but if you are using a custom publisher there is likely a different value to use).

    new_seasons(GUID)

To get the set name, open your table in https://make.powerapps.com and click on Tools > Copy Set name.

    Hi,

To set the season lookup on opportunity follow below steps.
1.Copy set name of season entity-
    ·  1.Go to Power Apps
    ·  2.Open Dataverse → Tables
    ·  3.Open the Seasons table
    ·  4.Click Properties
    ·  5.Copy the value Set name

2.Then set lookup value as shown in below screenshot-
In my case, I’m creating an Opportunity when a new Contact is created. I first retrieve the Contact record and then use that record to set the Contact lookup on the Opportunity.

In your case it will look like - /set name of seasons entity(GUID).

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!
