1. Add /connectivity to the end of the URL for your BC environment. Like this: https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/tenant_id/environment_name/connectivity
select "Start the check":
2. If that doesn't work above. You will want to go into the Dynamics admin center and refresh that environment. Select the applicable environment and then select refresh:
3. If you still can't connect you may want to see if other users are able to access BC. At that point it may be permissions based. I'd recommend seeing if you can access any other environments.
