We have an item A with default order type = Production.

The item uses Standanrd costing. the cost price for parent and child items are active for the specific site.

I created a transfer order, and,

I am trying to complete a "Put" process using the Warehouse Management mobile app, but I keep getting this error:

"No cost rollup is found for this item. Activate the item cost price." see below:

Can someone please help me to find the root cause

Good day,

You need to have a cost price for the both sites:

A cost price for the "from site"

A cost price for the "to site"

Can you check if you have a cost price for both sites?
