Subscription Contract Deferrals Release

I've just started using Vendor Subscriptions. When I try to run the Subscription Contract Deferrals Release, I get an error message as noted below. My problem is that I don't know where in the setup the General Journal Template needs to be specified. The Vendor Contracts I've created reference Non-Inventory Items and in some cases the payee is an Alternate Vendor. Not sure if any of that matters.
