AzureSignTool does not recognized app file

I m trying to sign app file. But AzureSignTool does not recognized app file. What is the solution for that.

    Hello,
     
    AzureSignTool cannot sign .app files, Business Central packages aren’t supported file types.
    Use SignTool.exe instead.
    That’s the only solution.

    @Yun  Zhu, i did same but still  not working.
     
    SignTool.exe also not recognized the app file.

    We are using DigiCert to sign a Business Central .app File and using signtool.exe for signing , It works fine . 
    Can you check once with certificate service provider .
