Hi all,

Has anyone experienced an issue on BC v28 where the new Trial Balance Excel report gets stuck on "Initialising Report Generation" and never completes?

We are aware that the current reports have all been tagged as obsolete and that this is part of Microsoft's move to Excel-based financial reporting but we are still hitting this hang on report generation.

Hello,

I have tested the same in version 28 however able to open both the Trial Balance obsolete and Trail Balance excel. Can you try once again with the different browser or else you can sign out and sign in again once.
