178I have a client who is still jet express.
Some of the jet reports that have been created work well on one of the user's machines, but then on another user's machine some of the information isn't coming through (more specifically the dimension column in the report). The users have the same setup on their machines, the same permissions assigned, the same excel version and the same excel add-on version.
Does anyone know why would this be happening?
