I'm currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service for managing our operations, but I'm looking to automate the process of generating and tracking work orders, specifically for service-related tasks. I need a solution where the work order generation process can be linked with other services, such as a SASSA status check, so our service team can quickly access and verify the customer's status before dispatching a technician.
Has anyone implemented a similar integration where work orders are created automatically based on customer data (like service eligibility or status checks)? Any insights into how I can streamline this process within Dynamics 365 would be really helpful.
Also, if anyone has recommendations for automating the workflow for SASSA status checks to cross-reference with service orders, I’d love to hear about that too. My goal is to reduce manual work and ensure that every service order is relevant and timely.
