CRM: Tagging customer preferences to contact records

Hi,

In Real Time is there a way of replicating what was in Outbound or locating this if it is already present?

This is the question and requirement that was sent to me

Any suggestion would be appreciated

  • An easy way to attribute bespoke demographic information to CRM Contacts i.e. They have patients on a PD Ward, they need the CQC update
  • It is essential that these fields can by used in Real time as a segment criterion.

We did have a way to do this in outbound, but it doesn’t work anymore, I’m not suggesting fixing it as it was too labour intensive anyway.  Currently, I am using unused fields on the contact record to do this work, but I’m running out of them.  Something as simply as 5/6 fields with circa 20/30 alpha numeric text characters, in the contact record, would suffice.  But they must be editable via the contact view, so group changes can be made.

Regards

Chris
