It sounds like you want the screenshot tab to stay on top when saving multiple files. In Dynamics 365, the system usually focuses on the active window when uploading or saving files, so it doesn’t automatically keep one tab pinned above others.
A workaround is to use separate windows for the screenshot or file upload tasks, or to keep the file upload panel open in a dedicated workspace. This way, the tab you need stays visible while you work on other files.
Currently, there isn’t a built-in setting to lock a tab on top, but submitting this as a feature request could help improve the workflow.
