Hi,

I truly hope someone can help me. Here's the situation: I'm marking Sales Order with Production Order and getting below error:

Clearly Quantity is not empty (see below), Prod Ord 1876 has quantity 54,720. so what quantity does the error mean?

I've looked into this issue and found that marking different production order (2175 in example below) to this line works ok. other sales order lines within this SO are also marked with no issues. So, it has to be an issue with production order.

Production order status is ended. there's stock on hand. the only dimensions in use are warehouse and configuration.

I would expect to find something in invent trans but I don't know what could be causing this and where to even start looking.

Marking error

Hi,

What is the business reason you perform the marking option? Is it because of cost-price allocation?

From a functional point of view, I can't see anything wrong on the screenshot, so it is most likely something with how data is stored. Can you check on the inventory transactions is some values are stored different than other transactions? If you can't find anything, you can ask a developer to take a deep dive, by looking at how data is stored in the database or perform some debugging in a non-production environment.
