Hi Community,
I have Global Admin access as well as D365 System Admin access. However, when I try to access Copilot in D365 Finance & Operations, it prompts me to connect through the Connecting Manager.
When I open the Connecting Manager, it redirects me to Copilot Studio, where I get a message saying:
"You don’t have access to this tenant"
Even though I am already a member of the tenant, I am unable to proceed. Interestingly, other older users in the same tenant are able to connect without any issues.
Could someone please suggest what might be causing this and how I can resolve it?
