Turn off the Power Platform Environment Settings app
To turn off the Power Platform Environment Settings app for an environment, follow these steps:
Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
    • Select Manage, select Environments, and then select an environment.
    • Select Settings.
    • Expand Product, and then select Features.
    • Set the Advanced Settings redirection toggle to Off.

    Thanks
    Manish

“Advanced Settings” is greyed out because Microsoft moved it into its own app only System Administrator / System Customizer roles can access it by default.
If your Head Office Admin role used to see Advanced Settings and now its stopped working reason for that can be the app now enforces app‑level access.

Quick Fix (without adding System Customizer):
Share this app “Power Platform Environment Settings” with your Head Office Admin role from Power Apps. This will restore access.

least recommended but you can also add the needed privileges (Read : customizations, Read : system Settings, Miscellaneous: publish Customizations , view audit history , view application metadata).
