Unable to Customize Tooltip in Schedule Board Daily View (Field Service) – Is This a Limitation?

I am working on the Schedule Board in Dynamics 365 Resource Service and trying to enhance the tooltip experience in Daily View.
 
In Hourly View, the tooltip shows full booking details (Case, Resource, Status, etc.).
However, in Daily View, the tooltip only shows limited information, even after expanding bookings using the “+” icon.

What I tried:

  • Updated Booking Tooltip View and added required fields
  • Tried JS injection (Web Resource) to customize tooltip

Result:
Works in Hourly View, but Daily View tooltip still remains limited.
JS approach was not reliable due to dynamic/virtual rendering.

Is it possible to show detailed tooltip in Daily View like Hourly View,
or is this a standard limitation of the Schedule Board?
