Hi:

In a Sales Order where the line item is an assemble to order bill of material, we have placed a quantity of one in the quantity field.

But this did not place the quantity in the quantity to assemble to order field so that an assembly order would be created automatically.

Would the assembly order have been created automatically if there had been zero quantity in stock?

As far as I know, automatic creation of Assembly Orders is unrelated to inventory.
