Issue started happening couple days ago on all Android devices (Android 5, 11, and 13). This issue does not happen on any of their Windows devices. Customer is on Warehouse Management Mobile 3.0.9.  F&O 10.0.44 (10.0.2263.140).  Is anyone experiencing this issue?  Is there any telemetry or logging to better troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi Jacqueline,
Telemetry would with a Microsoft Ticket.   They will likely ask you for the Device ID from the Enquiries and Report > Mobile Device Log > Mobile Devices.

    Hi  Jacqueline,

Is there a specific error message popping up? It may be caused by a time-out during building a cache of objects the first time a day.

Jacqueline,    i started seeing the same issue on my android devices.   Was first reported on 11/10  and now all of a sudden today  11/12 it started working again on my devices.   I am not seeing the reconnect screen anymore.  Not sure what has changed.

I had a ticket open with Microsoft for the same issue on my android devices running 10 and version 3.0.9.0.    My devices started working again on Wednesday around 11 am CST
I have now received what they stated was the root cause of the issue.

    Root Cause:
The issue occurred due to a malformed certificate in which the OCSP response contained a generalized time value with unsupported precision in the seconds field. This caused the Java parser to throw the following exception: Java.IO.IOException: Parse Generalized time, unsupported precision for seconds value

As a result, chain validation failures occurred across multiple customers.

    Next Steps:
    • Continue using the application as normal.
    • The issue will resolve automatically across devices without any action required from users as this was a transient issue.
