Unable to open Database Locks page

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Database Locks. This morning we are unable to open this page in BC after numerous attempts and refreshes. We are currently in the Cloud on 26.5 and New Zealand based.
 
When trying to open the page it is just hanging and eventually times out and comes up with the following messages.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    It works fine for me in the US/Canada. Are you only having this issue with one tenant or all?
