Hi Community member, I encounter a serious issue with the Shopify Integration.
Shopify refunds are created in BC without lines. Somehow the lines are not retreived from Shopify.
"Magically" the credit note does contain the lines. The impact is high: the "Total Refunded Amount" is posted on the Refund Account. This results in a credit note with amount 0.
An example:
Shopify order (all items are refunded):
Shopify refund in Business Central (no lines are created):
Credit memo in Business Central (magically lines appear??? The amount of the refund is also posted on the Refund acocunt (yellow marked), resulting a credit memo with amount 0):
Does someone recognize this behaviour?
