Hello experts,

We are creating Transfer journals to BULK transfer inventory and noticed some discrepancy with respect to the Posted Lines

For 1st Transfer journal that we posted, the Number of Lines posted is '3000'

For 2nd Transfer journal that we posted, the Number of Lines posted is '1'

In both scenarios, the Inventory transfer worked but why is there a difference in the number of Lines being posted

Thank you

I have the same question (0)

You will such kind of behaviour whenever you use batches or multiple transactions posting at same time.
The button given for recalculation just clears the cache. So, the behaviour will not be consistent due to cache refresh issue.

Here it is refreshing the datasources for header table which automatically corrects the number of lines.

    Hello,

I did the Recalculation for the Journal which showed Posted Lines = 1 and it updated and now shows the correct number of lines

Now both the journals shows Lines Posted = 3000

    Thank you

    Good day,

Could you open the posted journal and click on "Recalculation" button in the tab "History"?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

The actual number of lines in both the Transfer journals is 3000 lines

Inventory Management > Journal entries > Transfer > We manually created a Transfer journal > selected BULK Transfer and selected 3000 lines in both our journals.

However when we posted the journals, one journal has Number of lined posted = 3000 lines and the other journal has Number of lined posted = 1 line

    Hi,

Can you tell us the actual number of lines in the journals and how they were created? Without additional information, we don't know if the numbers were correct or not.
