Issue Summary:
After a recent migration/upgrade, the system-defined job "Update Contract States" (Async Operation Type 27) is consistently failing for all organizations. The Asynchronous Processing Service is unable to recognize this operation type.
Error Message:
"The async operation type '27' was not recognized as a valid value for the context of: Server."
