A user is getting the following error when trying to send an issued reminder in both sandbox and production (BC v27.4 and updating to 27.5 on April 1st, 2026):

THe report selection pages have the relevant report selected and BC has both the RDLC and Word standard layouts for reminders.

As standard BC has an RDLC report for report 117.

In report layout selection you can verify this and also check for custom layouts.

In Report Selections Reminder/Finance Charge you can check the report being used for the Reminder
