Hi,

I have a purchase order with 50 cs of milk to receive.

I receive in two times, first time 10 cs and second time 40 cs. I need to post the purchase invoice two times, one for 10 cs, the other one for 40 cs.

I am not able to post in quantity 10 or 40 cs. But I am able to post 50 cs in total.

What shall I do?

You need to open Item Tracking Lines and adjust the Qty. to Invoice field. Right now this field has a value of 50, if you're posting only 10 or 40 you need to update this field to 10 or 40 as well.

    Hi Valentin,

What is on item tracking line is the same number on my posted purchase receipts. I don't think deleting the item tracking line is a good idea. But the number is correct matching what was supposed to be invoiced.

    Hello!

I changed the item tracking line quantity to invoice to the number that I want to post and I am able to post now.

Yes, you need to update the qty. to invoice, not delete the entire item tracking line
