Subscription expiring

My company use Business Central Premium Licence and Team Member Licence. I received 2 warning emails form Microsoft. One said that my Business Central Premium subscripiton expiring on 19th Sep. The other one said that my Business Central Team Member subscription expiring on 21st Sep. However, even I chcked my Office 265 Admin Centre, I could not see such subscriptions. I asked for help to my resaler "Tetura Japan". They called to Microsoft Japan CSP Dpt, NAV License Dpt, and IT Suppot Dpt. However, none of them provide any support to Tectura Japan. If Business Central will be stopped, our factory need to stop produciton. It will cause material damage. I need prompt help in Japanese langugage. I attacjed the warning Emails written in Japanese.
