we have experienced a change in our Environment since september with the release of a new feature on Sales Hub (Lead Qualification +). We have a custom lead process that was impacted by this feature where a Lead was unable to become qualified. This was an intermittent failure, in instances where it did qualify certain characteristics of the lead did not transfer (main contact, set inactive account ETC). At the same time there were two plugins installed from a third party app (Click) which also may have impacted the lead qualification process, these plugins have now been disabled.
After switching off the new feature, we are no longer are presented with a business process flow error as before which was linked to security and then opportunity creation, but we are now seeing a SQL timeout. This behaviour does not happen in UAT only in Prod. Is there anything else we should be aware of in this evergreen update that may be impacting our lead qualification process, or have other users noticed similar SQL timeouts since platform upgrade.
