GUID field not syncing consistently from CRM Work Orders to D365 F&O

We have a custom GUID field on the Work Orders in D365 CRM.
This field is mapped to the corresponding field in D365 F&O Service Orders using Dual-write.

The issue we are facing:

For some Work Orders, the GUID value syncs correctly to F&O

For some Work Orders, the GUID value does not sync at all

All other fields are syncing fine. Only this one GUID field behaves inconsistently.

What could be the possible reasons for this GUID field not flowing for certain records?

    Can you tell us what exact data entity is used for the mapping and what fields are enabled in the dual write mapping?
    In case of a custom data entity, can you tell us what is the entity key for this one?

    This behavior is unusual if it occurs for one record but not another. Could you confirm whether the records where this issue occurs and does not occur were recently created or updated? I want to rule out the possibility that change tracking is currently disabled for this field.
