These are Notification overview emails sent from Approval Workflows. we have not customized any email templates, the email body is showing broken HTML tags. How to fix this?
Example:
------------

Notification messages are sent automatically and cannot be replied to. But you can change when and how you receive notifications: (Windows Client)

tom:0pt; font-size:10pt">Vendor XXXX

-------------
Edit:

I am checking the Word Template for Report ID 1320 "Notification Email". It looks as below and there is no obvious place fix HTML

I have the same question (0)

    Hi

If the layout looks clean, the broken HTML is most likely coming from the **DetailsValue** field. Report 1320 injects pre-built HTML there from Codeunit 1509 (Notification Management), and a stray quote or angle bracket in a merged value (vendor name, description, dimension text) can corrupt the inline style - exactly the `tom:0pt` symptom.
Quick check: look at the **Notification Entry** table for the entry that produced the bad email - the Details field will show what got merged in.
The "Notification overview" wording also suggests this is the aggregated/digest email rather than a single-event one - that path is more fragile. If you can post a masked example, the break is usually obvious.

Thank for your reply. Here is example of the full email text

    Hello XXX,
You are registered to receive notifications related to XXXXX.
This is a message to notify you that:

Sales Order XXXX has been approved.
    Amount XXX.XX
    Approval Due Date XX/XX/XX
    Customer XXXXX
    XXXXX (Custom Link)
    Details Created By XXXXX

Notification messages are sent automatically and cannot be replied to. But you can change when and how you receive notifications: (Windows Client)
    pt; margin-bottom:0pt; font-size:10pt">Customer XXXXX
    (Custom Link)
    Details Created By XXXXX

The Notification Entry table (1511) seems to show only the notification that are remaining to be sent. In any case, that table does not show columns with the email texts. I see following columns
