We have customers where items need to be delivered and where the order may not be invoiced right away. I was looking at the Shipment Orders and if this can be printed from the initial order, the order remains on the system until ready to be invoiced.
We currently use manual delivery notes and we are trying to move away from that primarily because it's becoming an issue to keep track. An invoice is done on completion of supplying all the goods.
But the objective is to supply the items on a system generated document and then subsequently invoice.
