Run business central environment locally with SQL Server on host

Hi,

I have been trying for several days to locally replicate our Business Central environment. In doing so, I have gone through the following steps:
   1) Setting up a docker container running a Cronus BC database on it
   2) Create a SQL Server 22 on the host computer because it is too large to run on the docker.
   3) Restored the database on the localhost server
   4) Created a SA User and assigned the correct permissions
   5) Trying to run the docker container again with a reference to my local SQL Server on the host.

Now I have the following questions:
   - The current container is still using the cronus license. But when using an imported database, are you then required to enter a partner license?
   - If so, how do you get a partner license?
   - Is it possible to locally replicate the entire BC tenant currently running in the /cloud/ without a partner license?

At the moment I've following error when trying to execute the PowerShell script:
