There are several users at a client who are getting the following error when trying to access BC: 'You must specify a country or region.'
I have attached the screenshot of what they aret rying to access.
I have narrowed it down to that the country/ region isn't populated on the company information page or that the 'Language' and/ or 'Region' isn't populated on the user settings page for the users.
Is this caused by them not having been setup correctly or could they update to BC 27.0 on 23/02/2026 caused this issue?
