Well You have answered it yourself - it cannot be done on multiple.
Only way I can think of, is if You create both lines with the same document number, then You might be able to do preview for both lines (or will get an error, that the document no cannot repeat).
Another option to try - is without selecting lines, just use filters... but even then I think it shows check only for the active line, not all.
