In BC you cannot invoice or post a shipment if there is no unit price.

I have tested this in every possible way and I always get an error saying that it’s not allowed. Which is completely correct.

BUT, it has happened on several occasions that invoices have still been sent out with items that have no price, and we haven’t added any discount or anything.

So how is it possible that sometimes it does happen, that an order can still be invoiced without a unit price?

I have also looked in sales price list and we don't have anyting with 0 in unit price.

Hello,

I went to check in a test environment and was able to Ship and Invoice with 0$ unit price.

I am working in a v27 US environment.

1. Sales order at 0$ unit price:

2. Posted at 0$ unit price (invoice):

If you can't replicate the steps above you should also be able to set a unit price and then set it as a 100% discount. If you still can't it may be blocked by an extension or maybe localization.
