Doubt about table relations

Hi Community,
I have a doubt about table relations. When I add a table relation to a field, the "Add" action button does not appear. Is there any attribute for this?

    Doubt about table relations
     
    There are three possibilities for not adding 
     
    1) Permission for executing , insertion for table is provided to user 
    2) Check Access Property of Custom Table ( Internal )
    3) Can you verify the super user can add in defined table or not ; if super user can add the data it means said user has restrictions

    Does your table has LookupPageId or DrillDownPageId properties set?
    Please check if user has Insert permissions on that table?
